Six teams of awesome ladies played in the DFW women’s polo tournament held on June 19th & 20. The Sunday final game was won by Mokarow Farm. Amanda Massey, Stephanie Massey these girls are sisters, split chukkers with their mother Sheryll Massey. Courtney Rosa and Kerstie Allen made up the team of Mokarow Farm.
The ladies played against Payne Farm who consisted of Chrissy Payne, Kim Snider, Danielle Travis and Karen Beste. Both teams displayed great horsemanship skills but Mokarow Farm took home the trophies. The final score was four to one. Kerstie Allen won the MVP award. Best playing pony was played and owned by Sheryll Massey. It was a black mare named Shiner who is 18 years old.

it was great fun watching this tournament, especially as I awaited the opportunity to present the winning team with their trophy. Each trophy was hand painted acrylic and mixed media which I created especially for this tournament it was a real honor to do it!!
