In the first game of the Hall of Fame cup 16-goal at Tim Kelly’s Pecan Acres farm, Lockton defeated Old Pueblo 11-10.
Very open running game with Leigh Anne Hall scoring the first goal of the game to make score 3-0 OP, Roberto Gonzalez countered with a goal for Lockton and Joe wayne scored on a penalty 4 and a penalty 6 to end 1st chukker 5-1.
2nd chukker Roberto scored 2 from the field for 5-3.
3rd chukker 1 goal from Luis Echezarreta and 1 from Spinacci for 7-3 at halftime.
4th chukker 2 goals by Sugar Erskine 1 by Gonzalez and a penalty 2 by JWB for 8-6
5th chukker 1 goal by Spinacci followed by 5 in a row by Sugar for 11-9
6th chukker penalty 3 by JWB for 11-10 chance to tie by OP in final minute but Sugar breaks free and carries down field missing goal in final second.
