It was more of the same at the U.S. Open in Florida, but with a wrinkle. There were 3 people knockin on his door, but it was not enough to ring the bell as MR. CAMBIASO proved George Rawlings million dollar bet was good. Cambiaso showed the boss the way to the winners circle of the U.S. OPEN Finals. It was said to be the best finals in quite a while and maybe longer. Three bullets by the names of Pablo, Nero and Magoo would not fall, but the King did not either and he was still standing when the final bell rang.

Pablo MacDonough and Juan Martin Nero proved they are probably the best of the rest around the World even though they came in second place. There is a Spainard right there with them and his name is “Pelon” aka David Sterling. These 3 will be the new kings soon, but not yet. They all had their chances, but it was the Crab Orchard squad with Captain Rawlings, Matias Magrini, David Sterling and Adolfo Cambiaso standing tall at the top of the podium.
It was by the smallest of margins, with just 1 goal difference and the score was 15 to 14. It was barn burner from the speed of the Jedi squad. There was a 23 year old horse named Paloma playing 12 to 15 minutes who is older than most of the team she carried to the finals.
So long to a very sad, but good U.S. Open. We suffered from the recent loss of Super Patron Skeeter Johnston, we witnessed the win of George Rawlings and Crab Orchard, there was the injury Sebe Merlos suffered, we saw the start of the NAPL and we supported the hard work of the new super documentary “TAKE IT TO THE BOARDS.”
Out west it was Dina Stuart showing her son Jofie (Joseph Stuart) how to get it done. She won another big one in the Jackson Hole Open in Indio after winning MVP in the Chicks with Sticks last week. Dina just may be the next member of the U.S. FIP Worl Cup Team. See ya.
