POLO in the West really cannot be beat. We have the fields, the crowds, the price and so much to do. If you do not want to come to California, well there is WY. It is high-country and so much to do and so many things you cannot do back East. Fly fishing, hiking in the Rockies and party without Uber. There is an airport in Jackson Hole or Sheridan. Sheridan has fields as good as Palm Beach and they do not have to spray for crickets. Want to go further North head to Calgary they have everything including: mountains, streams, big city life and even Spruce Meadows. Colorado is not too far out of the way. They have the Ganzi (like Marc) in Aspen. It is all first class. If you need big City you have Valiente in Denver. It does not get any better or bigger. However, in today’s world, most people want convenience, no rain and no delays. It could be Costa Careyes, Mexico. There is no place like it for a holiday or a romantic time. Careyes is IT! I would call it the Paradise of Polo vacations anywhere in the World. Another great option … CALIFORNIA Polo in the Winter, Fall or Summer. You will never beat it.
In the Winter in California there is no place like Empire Polo Club. It is a first class polo destination. You will feel and think you are in Dubai or Thailand except it is better. Empire oozes with class, big crowds and luxury beyond the imagination. I call it Al’s Playground and it is no doubt the most beautiful place for polo on this Planet. Next door you have 10 polo fields, all very good, and you play polo here because it is a Polo Club. There is polo everyday from Tues. to Sun. on great fields at an amazing price. At either club you play you will have two tournament games every week from Jan – March and you save so much money you can come back in the Summer to San Diego, Temecula, Peteluma or find yourself in the West Coast Capital on the Gold Coast in Santa Barbara. In Santa Barbara we have 7 new fields and a brand new President who wants YOU to come and see us. It is not a big City, but for a family it is a Gold Mine and for those without there are 30 million people, so I am sure there is one for YOU. We have no rain, two tournament games every week and all on weekends if desired. There is a beach that you will never see the end of and safe water on it. Santa Barbara is one hour from Hollywood or less to the mountains. Plus it will never be too hot for more than an hour like over 85 degrees.
