It all comes down to one thing Politics and that best put is dealing with manure removal it cost you to s—, that is just the way it is. We in the US may have the most corrupt of Govt s, We have hidden behind the wall with good media forever I think but in the last decade we have been exposed by so much immediate media and I think everyone in the world knows it now. When you look at our congress closely it is just common sense they have for the most part never made a living working and they still do not. To me anybody in congress should at least have a degree in accounting because that is what they are supposed to be doing, Governing our lives what business does not depend on accountants ? Other than them who need it most. The stock Market is another Govt. minded choice take Exxon-Mobil biggest profits ever yet stockholders less than 50 dollars a share to the owners yet Executives millions same as Bank Of America , Citibank , Wells Fargo super profits after Govt. bailout yet owners who are the stockholders 5 to 10 bucks one trip to Carl’s Jr. Executives monster bonuses this is happening everyday and it is done I think by stock options which always dilute shareholders but create great contributions for congress. Also they talk about better profits they lower wages make them do the same and call it correction that is why people working are making more money and have much less at the end of each month it’s simple you make less and everything cost more to feed CEO’s not stockholders unless it’s Apple . A flat tax for ever so much spent for everyone say up to 100 grand and then it goes up will cure a lot of it. All the BS about do not tax the rich because it will help jobs, I say show me where that is true. The fact is there have always been 3 classes the Rich, Middle class,Poor well now it is coming to Rich and poor and guess who is going away the middle class because the Rich and the Govt are deleting the middle class we will soon be Northern Mexico not Southern Canada. So much for that about Polo we are the same the Great Polo is getting bigger 15 to 20 teams in Fl. 20 goal same in 26 goal 4 in the 12 goal but that is middle class polo. Low goal survives because of who they are players who enjoy the sport and they make it work somehow always. The same happens in Polo Governing Body the paid ones make more with less results no rhyme or reason for most the things they do and they get paid for it. Other than the Women side of Polo it really has not grown and they run there own show for the most part. We have maybe 10 players now Americans over 6 Goals no 10’s, 1 – 9 goal 0 – 8’s unless you count P.Pieres – 5 or 6 7’s goalers WHY ? We have had very little support from Ass. over the years and now there is no one because we never protected them as England did and most foreign countries have protected there youth even Ar. has been ahead of us on this even though we or any others presented this problem for them. We blame them but it is not them we are the blame we just as usual fed the hunger of another nation and they grew and our young people went to 9 to 5 jobs to survive with hope of making the upper class so they can play Polo as many new patrons have done but the sport became a hobby not a life. RESULTS we have few possible players and very little chance of changing it.
These are just my opinions and we all have one . Fred Manix 2 won in the Arg. Open today and apparently played very well throughout the High Goal in Ar. That is fantastic well done FRED it is a fact though Ellerstina will face La Dolphina in the finals this Friday
