The Texans took two to the finals in Collegiate finals but Cornell’s Ladies cut them in 1/2 taking the Title it was a very close game finishing up by two ahead for Cornell and All Stars were Elena Wicker of C and Marissa Wells from A&M and it was the Mens final and I guess it was a Dandy as sounds like Woodfin was on fire for A&M and they escaped by 1 to take the Cup home to Texas all stars here were Galindo and Gomez. Well done to all the finalist it sounds like it was a great week for the finals despite the weather which I hear was not so nice. While all this was happening in Connecticut it was a team from there and a big return to the High Goal with Peter Brant and his Greenwich, Ct. team going to 2 and 0 in the run for the Granddaddy of them all the US Open Finals Tournament Peter was for a decade the USA’s leading Amateur player and returns to the big time with a bang. Dubai and AC and Steve VanAndell’s Orchard Hill are also 2 and 0 so should be some major games this week as they head to the finals I think the 24th of this month .
