It was a busy day at Eldorado PC. Despite the field conditions everyone is equal and it was not always the favorites today. In the 4-goal/6 chukker it was Vladimir Rivkin and the Double Eagle squad out doing PoloBARN.com. Also at 10 a.m. it was Betty Pope showing honey Ed she can do it as she scored a huge goal in overtime to beat Rancho Santa Fe in the 4-Goal/4 Chukker. Well done Betty. Just down the line it was Storm Cat outlasted La Mancha in a very tough battle that saw both teams with a chance. In another 10 o’clock special it was Kentfield finding out 2 Ladies are still a problem as one took over for Cam Clark and showed why she rides big Thoroughbreds. She likes to go fast and it was pure speed as Cam Clark Ford blew by Kentfield.
Ed Popr did not want to be out done by his Honey, so he proved it by beating undefeated Hawks at high noon. Towards the end of the day it was Parklane doing a big one in OT to beat Rancho Amistad and Joe Anthony is looking for the Connection again. World Gym and the Uretz’s’ did their best and it was enough as they handled Hanalei Bay in a high-scoring macth 3 to 2. Fish Creek did it again as they beat Big Matt Walker and the dueling trio of FMB. Jenny Luttrell, who may be upset, but is underatds and really making the big ones as her Cotterel Farms found the other side. It is a L for loss as the Colorado Cowgirl suffered her first loss of 2007. She played awesome clearing the goal and passing it in the presseure zone. She also can ride like an Apache. They are Indians known for there horse-riding ability. Jenny is a born Polo Player and do not forget it!
