“The Stomping of the Divots” Art Walk & Brunch, at the Clubhouse at the Eldorado Polo Club, will feature the 4-goal, 8-goal, and 12-goal polo league finals, and the basics of the game will be explained throughout the day. An “Art Walk” exhibition will be set up on the Clubhouse lawn, hosted by Two Feathers Gallery from El Paseo, featuring prominent southwest artists. A scrumptious catered brunch will be served from 11:30AM – 3PM. A silent auction will include unique pieces of art & jewellery donated by various desert artists, and an 8-day/7-night trip for two to Honolulu, Hawaii. A halftime parade will showcase nine special needs children on horseback along with a short demonstration of typical lesson activities, and a few parents who will speak to how the Healing Horses Center has positively impacted the lives of their children. This exciting event will combine three of the desert’s best attractions – polo, art, and delectable food. Visitors will take away a unique experience for a great cause. Tickets are $100 each, or $175 for two, and can be purchased by calling Healing Horses at 760-449-4883 (cash or check) or Two Feathers Gallery at 760-346-4700 (credit cards).
