The Polo Report
By Steve Crowder

I have been whining about the performances here this year in 2015.  I would like to show you WHY. This is two copies of results at the EAST COAST OPEN and it does not add up. Are all the criminals out here or are the Cops a bit taken by their titles and not serving the Public as they are paid to do?

After four games in East Coast Open play:
Game 1-21 fouls, 13 were Pen. 5 (62%)
Game 2-26 fouls, 7 were Pen. 5 (27%)
Game 3-16 fouls, 6 were Pen. 5 (38%)
Game 4-19 fouls, 9 were Pen. 5 (47%)
I recorded the number of Penalty 5s to make a point as to the severity of the fouls being made. There was only 1 Penalty 1 awarded in the first four games-today awarded to White Birch.
Here is one game score sheet for you to see. I assume these are A+ umpires and normal polo players competing on normal polo fields. You got lucky. I could not copy and paste score sheet because it was in color.
Results between two teams always quiet on the field White Birch and Airstream.
Whitebirch had 7 penalty shots one #1 (only one of tournament so far) one #2 and one #4 the rest were # 5’s.
Airstream had 3 # 2’s, 1 #3 and 1  4 the rest # 5’s
Something does not add up. Look at one of our score sheets. Are we really on drugs here or WHAT? YOU TELL ME WHERE IS THE PROBLEM.
see ya soon I hope
