Two undefeated teams tangle on Friday at 12 noon. Its Bones (Ron Bonaguidi) and his big sticks Federico Von Wernich and Augi the Dawgy (Agustin Zavaleta) taking on Windsor/Grant’s Farm. The Governor Pat Nesbitt, The Fast-Etta (Mariano Fassetta) and the Palomino (Jason Crowder) look to the challenge and they are backed up by Andy Busch, so it should be a dandy. Today Palm Desert got back on track after going undefeated all of 2007. They took a beating on Sunday, but Dandy Dan Horn must have righted the ship as they beat Silent Chris Maloney and Tri Tech.

Down South in Florida it was a thread of the West Desert as BTA with the names Mannix, Hall, Roenisch and Patron Kelly Beal thrashed Lauren Wallace and Mike Azzaro. BTA heads to the Quarter Finals of the 22-Goal Ylvisaker Cup @ IPC. Also the Gracidas and the Redhead bounced the high-flying Black Watch with the second youngest player ever to reach a 10-goal handicap (Facundo Pieres). All of this action is happening in the Ylvisaker Cup.

So head to polo wherever you are. There is lot of it from Indio, CA to Costa Careyes, Mexico to the south of Florida. Be there and enjoy the thunder of the hooves. See ya.
