The Polo Report
By Steve Crowder

It was Dan Walker and Co. dominating locals today in the finals. I’m not sure if Friday killed horse power or just second best  Farmers and Merchants put on a deadly attack from the start,  scoring 3 in 3 minutes.  Klentner Ranch fought back often to within a goal and tied it up a few times, but could never lead it.  It was very close in the 4th and started to stretch out in the 5th, but it was basically over when the 6th started. It was a bad day for the boys in White, but we still have 3 to go, so hold on. Well done to…

In the consolation finals it was a very good game. The Wildcats and Ryan Gilbertson showed why they will be in the thick of things soon. Paco came to the decision he has two guns and a third with Ryan, who can take the ball to goal and they did often and well.  They light up Lucchese by several and made it happen and carried that Cup home all alone.

Across the Pond it was England winning the Coronation Cup over South America 10 to 6.  It was a great show of what helping your national players can do.   Now that we are having elections for Governors at large I would like to know which are supporting the American Rule?  It would be fun to support them as the ones we have now obviously do not.
