When Dad did not score Son did as the Walker’s Matt and Danny did it big. They may have lost their first game of the season to Windsor, but not the finals. The Governor (Pat Nesbitt), who is equal age of the other 3, was easily the best player on the team as the runners kept running. The Antelope/Long Beach squad just watched them run and then went the other way all day. Constant turnovers turned the scoreboard red with flags as Antelope/Long Beach just galloped by Windsor Capital in the finals of the Pope.

Last week was cold and unfriendly, but today it was perfect weather for all 120 people in the stands and they got to see a display of discipline. Discipline wins and that’s what Antelope/Long Beach did. They just sat back and capitalized on the speedballs and walked away with the title as champions of the Pope Challenge by 2 goals. Windsor led once at 1 & 0, but not again as Antelope/Long Beach scored the next 4 and never looked back. See ya.
