By Steve Crowder
When the Pacific Coast Open ended 10 days ago, Santa Barbara became a vacant lot. As Polo goes, it just moved to another location. Houston and San Diego are hoppin’ and that is where they were headed for Sept. where polo is always a boom. San Diego is on the move again where 4 teams are competing in the high-goal polo league and 6 teams in the low-goal. Te party is on. The Thoroughbreds left for other tracks and the polo horses moved in. This means that its time for ” LET THOSE PONIES RUN DOWN SUNDAY LANE. ”
Action started last Thursday and it goes every week until Oct. from Thursday until well whenever on Sunday night. . I will have a list of teams and results soon.
See ya where the Surf meets the Turf.
