The Polo Report
By Steve Crowder

Fours years in a row it is going to be the same show with different faces, but at the same place.  The finals of the Argentina Open will be these two teams again … the Young Guns of Ellerstina take on the little bit younger La Dolfina, only because Mariano retired from the team and was replaced by 29 year old ”Pelon” David Stirling.  They gained 12 years of youth and are still back in the finals.  La Dolfina has lost once in the finals of the second tournament of the Triple Crown called the Hurlingham Open,  but it was a very strange day as Adolfo Cambiaso did not score a goal and they only won by couple, so I would not count on that as that was probably the second time since he was 11 years old he did not score. So I would say it will be another phenomenal finals. I think 2 of 3  or maybe all 3 have been in overtime games, so it should be good.  We will hear more about the eye in the stands soon from the Canadian PoloZONE Reporter MR. Dylan Foster’s in his blog right here on PoloZONE.com. You can also read about in the Buenos Aires Herald ask for English if you no comprende Espanol.

See ya.
