Polo scene is still a little iffy but in a forward direction so that is promising . A quick drive thru around 11 am Sat. morn was a bit of a shock and a definite reminder that all is not well yet in the money world . There was one game going on and it was far away on field 8 a bit different than 4 or 5 games at mid day all weekend long. Some encouragement however was to see Mr Dill has convinced the EDPC to clean up some and use saws and dumpsters as a way to remove things , new fences along oleander are a big + the removal of swamp in clubhouse Lake is nice , Johnny Roberts probably does not agree as he can no longer hide in the Jungle . I am still a bit confused of why Oleander is not cut into a hedge it is most places it takes very little time for it to shape up but it is much better anyway still has a Tijuana feel but a much cleaner one and even some lights are working . Fields not sure how they are playing yet not much polo so we shall see today .
Headed out to Twin Palms as they were having a Big Lacrosse tournament at Empire so main games were out at TP and it looked very nice clean green and busy . Just what would be expected from Silent Chris a very clean look only thing out of place was a Gray mare with a mane with a rider instead of a plow but the rider was a Leader so what can I say. Polo seemed pretty fast and Rick and Robin wee moving well Guti and Augi were blistering Trinity to a easy win over someone trying to make the finals not sure who is in it as left with Silent Chris and Tritech being thumped on by Empire but was only 1/2 time and the Doctor was still moving the ball well but trailing AH$ and the Wolfman . Suposed to be a big BBQ out at Twin Palms and a finals of the first 10 goal today and lots of action with great food Also should be Polo at EDPC today .
