From the Gridiron to the pitchh there was action on the grass and lots of it.
In Florida,California, Green Bay and Indy they even had green grass, somehow, some had lots of snow on it. Down south in Florida the Joe Barry Tournament got underway (20-goal level). California’s Shane Rice had a win at IPC as he is now playing for Isla Carroll. So it was a big win. The Surfer (Diego Cossio) got a win down in Boca Raton, FL.

Out west it was hard on 6-goalers as the only 2 were competing in the desert right now. Those two 6-Goalers wiped each other out on Friday in a big wreck I hear. S.Trotz and H. Barabucci collided and Santiago Trotz was taken for a ride in the meat wagon. Scott Gundlach also suffered a broken leg I believe and one of the Villaneuvas’ players was carted off in the wagon yesterday in the main match. The Hawks and Father time won the 1st 1/2 of the 12-goal as Smokin Joe Henderson seems to be the Bret Farve of polo as he led the Hawks with Julian Mannix over allcomers in the first session of 5 teams in the 12-goal.

In the 8-goal, which also has only 5 teams, it was a duel between Mr. Smooth (Curt Hughes) and the Casa Blanca Galindos + Romero as young Carlos Galindo is also packing a sore wing. The Patron Ronai White took a knife and had an operation on her back do so she is on the sidelines this season. I have not heard who won it yet. Geoff Palmer had a hip replaced on Friday and was walking Sat morn. so thats so good to hear. As for the football it looks like the Chargers and Green Bay will be in the Superbowl. I bet that gets some bets. See ya
