For those interested, it is time again to sign up for the Accident Insurance offered to United States Polo Association members. The premiums are as low as $25.00 for coverage until the end of the membership year for accidental death and excess medical insurance. Coverage starts when Equisure receives your payment and completion of the insurance form located on our website.
