It took a while, but Antelope/LongBeach finished the deal as they stopped a hard-riding Gehache to make it back to field 2 for the finals on Sunday against the Windsor Capital foursome. Last Sunday they met at 1p.m. This Sunday it will be for the silver in the finals. Two good friends will tangle . . . Geoff Palmer and The Governor (Pat Nesbitt) as they meet in the finals. They have been there before and they will be there again. Its always quite entertaining when they go heads up as their conversations become high-end trash talk, but in the end its always Geoff Palmer laughing and The Gov. Pat Nesbitt telling him to be quiet. Win or lose somebody has to buy dinner or chopper tickets, or something.

In the other game it was Piocho needing a win to have a chance and they did roll over Chadmar/Nicoma by several point. They needed help from Gehache to get to the finals and did not get it from the boys in red. So Sunday at 3 p.m. come on by Santa Barbara PC. It will be a good game plenty of speed to go around.

San Diego is smoking as well so wherever you go, there will be Polo near you on the Gold Coast of California. Across the pond in England it has not been a good place for the locals in tennis or in polo. Mariano Gonazalez , Zacara, Julio Arellano all are at 0 & 2. It is only the Ruki who is on the other side (the win side), so we shall see.
