Saratoga Polo Association begins its 115th season on Friday July 12th at Historic Whitney Field and the anticipation is palatable. Throughout this summer’s matches, crowds are expected to hitting over the 30,000 mark during 16 plus matches over 8 weeks. Managing Partner Jim Rossi is enthusiastic about the excitement, “Guests will join us throughout the season whether we toast with a Veuve Clicquot sabrage, or browse great shopping with the US POLO ASSN Shop at Whitney Field, and of course, world class polo.”
If you love food, you will be overjoyed with Old Daley Catering and Events at the Saratoga Polo Club as the exclusive caterer.

Along with U.S. POLO ASSN, Alex and Ani will be showcasing their jewelry and accessories during the Women’s Week Celebrations and Veuve Clicquot pops the cork on the sidelines. Zappone Chrysler will be featuring Ram Trucks throughout the season, and Spurs USA Classic Country Band, and Party of Three will be swinging tunes in the clubhouse.
Oh yes, there’s a polo match going on as well. Some of the finest players from around the world lead by Polo Manager Cuko Escapite see a pilgrimage to Saratoga as the touchstone to the sport. Look to see the Women’s Week Tournament with hard hitting play for “The Battle of Saratoga”, and a multitude of players from around the world proving once again that Saratoga Polo and Whitney Field is THE place to be in 2013.
Matches take place every Friday and Sunday through Labor Day at 5:30pm with gates opening at 4pm. Tickets are extremely affordable, with $20 Lawn and Bleacher Seats, and Reserved Clubhouse Seats with Waiter Service For $30 and $40, or carloads of fun with tailgating at $30 per car and $50 for reserved spaces.
