The Coachella Valley is seeing a more robust real estate market that we have in a while.  New homes are even going up in the area. People seem to be buying however this is our peak selling season. As we enter into a new calendar year there are lots of forecasters making a run at this years predictions.  If you are wanting to sell there are buyers and if you are wanting to buy prices are still down from before!  With all of this said we are seeing a higher asking price for even the homes priced the lowest in each area, than 12 months ago so we should continue to see a larger % increase for the next 12 months.  Here are last years numbers:
