The Hurlingham Open isn’t the only tournament that has been delayed by rains and wet fields. Friday’s opening rounds of the Pedro Morrison Memorial tournament have been delayed. Two matches have been rescheduled for play on Saturday, October 25 with Audi facing Newport at 11:30 AM at Grand Champions while Isla Carroll will host GTP at 4 PM at Isla Carroll, weather permitting.
The Pedro Morrison Memorial Cup is the first competition of the fall season for the Grand Champions Polo Club and will be followed by the Palm Restaurant Invitational (October 31-November 9) and the US Trust Cup (November 14-23).
