WHAT: 29th Annual Opening Day of Polo at the San Diego Polo Club

The San Diego Polo Club kicks off its 29th season in Rancho Santa Fe on Sunday, May 31st with Opening Day. Gates open at 12:30 p.m. for two action-packed matches at 1:30pm and 3:00pm, where local and international polo players will compete in front of an estimated 3,500 spectators.
This year’s Opening Day will also feature local non-profit, Wounded Warrior Homes’ 3rd Annual Hot Rods for Heroes Car Show and inaugural Food & Brew Festival. Guests are invited to peruse the 100+ specialty cars, sample food from the food trucks and taste beers from San Diego’s finest craft breweries (21+). All proceeds go to Wounded Warrior Homes, a charity that provides housing for post 9-11 vets. All admission tickets include access to the car show and beer garden.
Meet the players and party with San Diego’s best at the highly anticipated 7th Chukker After Party sponsored by Riviera Magazine. DJ Here will be playing after the matches until 7pm.
