the club we have the Willowdale Steeplechase Plays Polo… – Willowdale Steeplechase Day at Brandywine Polo!
Pack a picnic and join us in the Pavilion for an exciting day of polo and fun! Come watch your favorite steeplechase jockeys, huntsman, whipper in, event riders and trainers play an exhibition polo chukka as you cheer on the Willowdale Steeplechase Polo team led by Race Chairman, Dixon Stroud. There are some great riders here, including an Olympian and a winner of the Maryland Hunt Cup – let’s see how they do with a mallet. The teams:

Learn about the fabulous sport of polo, The Brandywine Polo Club, Willowdale Steeplechase and upcoming events. We’ll even have Willowdale merchandise available for sale!
A portion of the proceeds will benefit our three local charities: The Stroud Water Research Center, The University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine’s New Bolton Center, and Quest Therapeutic Services, Inc.
The exhibition match starts at 3:00 PM so plan to arrive early! The exhibition match will be followed by our traditional 6-chukka Sunday polo match.
Admission is $10 per person; reserved tailgate spaces are available for $35 and include admission for one person.

This is a huge week for equestrian events in Chester County. In addition to polo, on September 11-13 is the Glen Willow Combined Driving Event.
