Luchesse’s boots were not fitting right today as Farmers and Merchants were loaded and not letting Luc. do anything including walk over you . Dan Walker Captain and Patron deserved his MVP as he was always there and made it happen they also have a huge secret Weapon in Herndon Radcliff who just keeps coming and seldom loses any discipline even with Lucas Crying his name 20 times a minute he just keeps ticking and setting up Lucas who played amazing as well. The game got underway with F and M winning the first 3 throw ins and winning chuk. 1 by 3 to 1 and continued until the 4th before Luc. was able to win a chukkar but it was to late and even with the loss of John Muse in the fifth and replaced by a young Gun Jake Klentner could not get it back they tied the 5 th and won the 6th but that did not add up and Dan Walker and F and M received there second in a row Silver Cup .
Across the Pond it was a MANNIX day as in Fredrick as Fred captain of the commonwealth Team did what he does WIN as he leads the commonwealth over team ENGLAND . Most people know but Fred 2 is from Calgary and the highest North American Rated player in Argentina where he has been very successful. Fred and his Family are one of the biggest reasons Polo exist in the Winter in California. Fred senior has made it happen and still does wherever he goes . Other Polo news is on the East Coast it is still Peter Brant and White Birch taking the silver but North Wood gets closer ever day.
