Polo across the nation Today in the inter collegiate it was Cal Poly in the women’s and Westmont doing a tap dance on there opponents as Cal Poly armed with Katherine Cappa , Madeline Cobb and Kate Dalrymple were not taking prisoners and found there ticket to Virgina over Davis in the men,s it was Westmount killing Stanford as Collin White smoke through a decent team from Stanford however they were in the wrong place today he had help with Wiley Uretz and Mr Bottoms.
In Indio it was Seniors time the Trione Seniors Cup put up by Mr Polo himself Henry Trione who has done so much for Polo it’s just not possible to put on paper and the winners were Al Hagen And Empire with the big stud being Steve Wayda who always come to play. I heard Kevin Ittig was also on this team actually I know he was and he actually won so well done Empire and Big Al.
Down south it was Fred Mannix in the winners circle of the first 26 goal as he played with Audi and they won the CV.Whitney Cup the first of 3 major 26 goal tournaments . So well done Fred. In the IPC cup it was a wash as Peter Brant pulled horses after Mariano Aguire was injured and basically forfeited game many people whined but this is a business and MA horses would probably be worth 2 to 4 million why take the chance it’s just started well done PB in my opinion. So there is still Polo in these gorgeous times so go see it.
