Father’s Day Tournament Results

The Houston Polo Club celebrated Father’s Day with Maker’s Mark and 4-goal polo action on Sunday, June 12, as a host of lucky fathers had the chance to dip their own bottle of Maker’s Mark in the signature red wax. The day’s first match of the day featured HPC’s Nick Cifuni (3), Kristy Outhier (2), Tommy Dorsey (0), and Liz Lary /Tiffany Clifton (-1, shared position) against Shamrock’s Sergio Silvestre (3), Agustin Arrayago (2), Chris Williams (0), Colleen Williams/Jenny Sharrock (-1, shared position). Shamrock’s Silvestre dominated the match with a 9-2 win over HPC. After a half-time wine tasting provided by Vintner’s Own, the day’s second match ended up with a 4-1 victory by Cinco Canyon Ranch’s Mark and Sarah Prinsloo (3, 0), David Marks (-1), and George Vargas (1) over Sirius Solutions’ Cody Woodfin (3), Steve Krueger (3), Rebecca Bollenbach (-1) and Kouroush Kahkeshani (-1).
Next Sunday wraps up the Houston Spring Season with 4-Goal Tailgate Polo Finals.
