Welcome back Patrons, Players, Pros, Grooms, Trainers, Vets, Social Members and friends of Eldorado. Stabling for your horses opened November 1 and we are “making deals”. And…we have rolled our prices back to 2006! Please call Scott Gundlach to arrange your playing and stabling needs. Speaking of Scott, he has a new assistant that I am sure many of you already know. Sharon Choney has joined our team and we welcome her and look forward to a mutually enjoyable relationship.
The Stick ‘n Ball Field opens on November 17th and Practice Games begin on November 19th. The Roadrunner Tournament is scheduled for November 21st & 22nd with the Go Honey beginning on November 28th and the finals scheduled for December 6th.
December 5th is the date for the Cantina opening bash. My guess is the Cantina will not be open yet so we will hold the bash in the Clubhouse….which by the way; Robbie and Dawnette (who have leased the food and beverage operation) have named the restaurant “Patrons”. All are welcome! The festivities begin at 6:00pm with Live Music and a light supper.
Once again Mike and Claudia Uretz are hosting the World Gym 4 goal tournament on December 12th, 13th, and 19th with the finals on December 20th. Thank you Mike and Claudia.
The Christmas party is scheduled for December 22nd at Patron’s restaurant (Clubhouse) and all are welcome. Festivities begin at 6:00pm with a casual dinner and special appearance by Santa Claus. Please deliver any presents you would like Santa to give out 24 hours in advance with the name on the present to the Polo Office.
The Jackson Hole 4 goal Tournament is scheduled for December 26th and 27th. Please see Scott or Sharon for any tournament questions and to sign up for these fun events.

SAVE THE DATE: Opening Night League Dinner is scheduled for Saturday, January 9, 2010. We are anticipating a high attendance for this event and encourage you to sign up early to secure your spot.
