Lawman Rules in Santa Barbara – The Vic Graber Memorial was off with a bang as game 1 was up and down and all around. Nicoma and Long Beach got it on. Nicoma was up 4 to 1 in the second chukker, tied in the 3rd. Then Long Beach was up by 5 in the 5th and tied at the end of 6 and it was overtime. After 3 misses at goal by Nicoma, it was a missed #4 that set up the winner on a rebound.

To me Carlos Galindo, Jr. and Joel Ladin were the stars today for those two teams.

In game 2 it was Los Toros/Klentner Ranch vs. Gehache . It was the Lawman doing the work and racking them up with a lot of help from Michael Rothbard and Justin Klentner as they crushed their foes in a boring game from the sideline. There were 25 goals scored and 26 whistles with penalty shots. It was a very cold day, but hey its June 1st and the June gloom was right on time. Sunday has Gehache and Nicoma at 3 PM and the 1 o’clock time slot it will be Los Toros/Klentner Ranch vs. Long Beach.

So see you Sunday.
