It was an absolutely perfect day for polo and it was a day full of surprises. The Champs of the last weeks lost to Wild Bill Hoyman (another Wild Bill as there are two) and squad. Princeps was slaughtered by Roberto Estudillo and his teammate Ziggy (Bill Ziering) of San Fernando. Over on the other field it was True Choice losing a close one to a fired up Ms. Wilson and her warriors as they held those boys and kept Rapid Robert Kiger out of the goal all day long.
Sunday will bring some big guns as Mr. Mclain of Triple Crown and head cheese from ESPN are here to look at the party place to see what’s making this the only polo club in California growing so fast. So we think there has to be a reason and they are here to see it, and so should you! See ya on Sunday.
