Parity was the word of the day on Sunday at Santa Barbara Polo Club, as both 12-goal games went to OT.
In the first match Mansour defeated Grants Farm 9-8 in OT, Marcos Llambias had a game high 8 goals for Mansour and the tenacious defense of Mansour held the normally high scoring Grants Farm team in check en route to Mansour’s first victory of the season
The second match was rocking and rolling with both teams trading goals, and the indomitable Santiago Trotz led Antelope with seven goals, while Michel Dorignac led Dark Horse with six goals. In the end, Antelope pushed Dark Horse to OT, and that wily veteran Trotz orchestrated the golden goal for Antelope, final score 12-11.
