The 2015 Kay Colee Memorial will open on Friday afternoon with a 3pm contest between Dutta Corp. (Tim Dutta, Martin Estrada, J.J. Celis and Wes Finlayson) and  a Postage Stamp Farm (Annabelle Gundlach, Brandon Phillips, Julio Ezcurra and Nacho Lezica) entry that has won two of the season’s opening three tournaments and seems bent on adding to their record as the fall tournament season at the Grand Champions Polo Club gets underway.

In 2014 it was a Flight Options team (Melissa Ganzi, Jesse Bray, Juan Bollini and Julio Gracida) who scored a narrow one goal win over Audi in the final, but with Melissa Ganzi and Juan Bollini both traveling to Scottsdale, Arizona this weekend to participate in the Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championship, there will be no defending champion appearing on the field.

Friday’s second math of the day is scheduled for a 5pm start and will feature a youthful Casablanca lineup (Grant Ganzi, Tony Calle, Leo Mandelbaum, and Jesse Bray) Audi (Timmy Dutta, Mark Ganzi, Carlitos Gracida and Guille Aguero).

The tournament final will pit Friday’s winners against one another in Sunday’s noon final while Friday’s losing teams will meet in a consolation match at 10am.

The Grand Champions Polo Club is located at 13444 Southfields Road, on the corner of South Shore Boulevard and Lake Worth Road, Wellington, 33414.  The matches are free of charge and the public is invited to attend.
