It must be the first time in a few decades that an American made it to the Finals of the Queens Cup. It is almost unheard of for an American Pro to play in it and here is a chance to win it after a stunning upset today.
NO matter well done Nic Roldan that is awesome and I would bet a very good bet it would have been with the bookies as Nick and La Indiana stopped Kings Power defending champs and 2 10 goalers in the process and not just any 10 goalers the two Pieres Gonzalo and Facundo , I would say that was hell of a day. I have not figured out who are 2 English on the team but must be 1 other than Patron Mr Bickford may also be a American from Northern Ca. He would be as sponsor I know Augustin Merlos is not and I think Nic has only a double USA & Arg. so who knows and who cares they are in the finals WELL DONE NIC. Nick or Nic has been one of the top players in the USA for a long time maybe 10 years and has been one of the top 2 rated players here for as long . It is great to see him have this success as he has earned it. Just one more game to the title there is a problem, but hey beat the best so far however AC is never done and he does have Mr Nero by his side but it still comes down to RULE !8. Just do it.
Around the West Coast well where the surf meets the Turf in San Diego is a very big opening day where they could verily contain the crowd and sad to say but there were watching 3 goal Polo . Maybe the USPA should hire Ms Lindsey to run there PR. For the last 4 years this club has been the # 1 in attendance ever Sunday all summer long yes some beat it on a given day but the Average Sunday turnout is amazing. They say 5000 last week and I do not doubt it . It simply is a very fun place to be every SUNDAY.
Farther North in SB we are into our 3 round of the Engle and Volker.
and it all starts early Farmers and Merchants take on the Texans Mokarow Farms @ 11 am followed by Antelope and Film Fiance and to close the day at 4 pm it is Klentner Ranch vs Twin Palms and this will be a war so be there.
