BDPC and South Calgary Rotary Club will be hosting a Polo for Polio match game on this Saturday on the 27th of July, 2013 at the Black Diamond Polo Club.
The polo club is on the Black Diamond Land & Cattle Ranch opposite the Millarville Racetrack.
There are polo signs through the ranch property – please drive slowly!
Entrance is a $20 charity donation to Rotary End Polio Campaign
11:30am Gates Open. (Extensive parking behind clubhouse.)
Noon Tailgate picnics or use clubhouse deck for picnic lunch.
Clubhouse has washrooms, gas BBQ, fridge, freezer and tables/chairs for lunch use.
1pm Explanation of horse and polo equipment for the game, and the different strokes used.
1:30pm Polo Match for “Polo for Polio” cup.
2:45pm Prize Giving at Clubhouse
3pm Rides for those that wish to try polo or just ride!
