Round 2 Games:

ERG def. Wildcat 19-12
Lucchese def. FMB 12-7

It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon at the Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club, the stands were filled, the competition was fierce, and some of the best polo ponies in the country were played in the opening weekend of the Bombardier Pacific Coast Open. It was in this idyllic setting, beginning one of the most prestigious tournaments in America that we dedicate the first two games to polo legend, Carlos Gracida, and celebrate his life and contributions to this sport we all love.

ERG and Lucchese, the winners of the two afternoon games received spurs designed by Carlos Gracida and given in memoriam by his two sons, Carlitos Gracida and Mariano Gracida. Michi Gracida presented the trophies on their behalf.
