Canada’s Fred Mannix is headed to the finals of the Argentine Open at Palermo.  This may be the first time a Canadian has ever been in the Argentine Open.  I’m not sure, but I am pretty sure there has never been one in the finals. I am not sure there has ever been any American players in finals in a long time … like 25 years. I am sure we will get a report from Mr. Webb.

I was wrong there was a Canadian in the Argentine Open in 1929. Lewis Lacy was his name. I’m not sure if he won it or not. Congratulations to F.Mannix Jr and Senior also Clemente Zavaleta and of course Polito, Hilario and Lucas. Good Luck in The FINALS.

WELL DONE MANNIX’S
