Rental homes are in higher demand this year and this is why:
With homeowner markets stressed, it appears renting has become more appealing than owning. Between 2004 and 2009, the number of renter households rose nearly 10% or by 3.4 million, according to a 2010 study of the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University.
With some homeowners opting to lease there homes long term instead of seasonally there has been a slight rise in rental prices this year. The good news is it is early and there are still winter homes available! We still have a few good ones left at prices starting at $2000 per month and up.
If I do not have your home away from home this winter I will find it for you. Lets make 2010 a great season in the desert!
