Today June 21 is the longest day of the year and from tommorrow on to Dec. 22 each day will be shorter . So you will get less sun everyday unless you are south of the equator and then its the opposite . Did you know today is also the first day of summer ? As the summer goes Polo in the Wild West is on the way it has started in places such as Cerra Pampa and Santa Rosa and Spokane soon to happen in Portland , Calgary, Sheridan , Jackson Hole it is the time of year when the kids get lost from school and start to learn what they really want to do and Mom and Dad try to figure out why they should do something else . Its the time when Hotel bump the prices up,taverns stay open late and the gas companies really stick it to us . Its time for everyone to saddle up and enjoy our sport ther are new fields popping up everywhere and now guess what we need players to fill these fields so help the sport by inviting a friend to polo and help your club build a base and put just a little effort in making it better .
