Klentner Ranch adds another win to their 8 Goal Season!
Klentner Ranch (Jake Klentner, Tim Rudy, Jesse Bray, Justin Klentner) opened the game with three consecutive goals. It looked like they were going to take the game by a large margin, but M3/Miramar (Madelyn Cobb, Luis Saracco, Santi Wulff, Rhett Merrill) gave them a run for their money. Missed penalty shots for both teams kept scoring to a minimum in the 2nd chukker, with Luis Saracco scoring the only goal to put M3/Miramar on the board 3-1. Jesse Bray put Klentner Ranch up by 3 goal with a successful penalty 4 shot, but M3/Miramar answered back as Santi Wulff scored back to back goals in the 3rd chukker to bring them within one goal, 4-3. M3/Miramar pushed forward in the 4th chukker to tie the score at 5 goals a piece. Their momentum continued in the 5th chukker as Luis Saracco’s 3rd goal of the match put his team up for the first time. Tim Rudy added two more goals to end the chukker tied once again 7-7. Wulff and Bray scored 3 goals a piece in the 6th chukker, and an additional goal by Rudy put Klentner Ranch ahead by 1, 11-10 to win the game. Tim Rudy was named MVP and Jesse Bray’s 6th chukker horse, Magic, owned by Graham Bray was awarded BPP.
