of the season in Santa Barbara the USPA Wickenden Cup as they finally stop Sara Rotman’s Dark Horse squad in a finals after 6 weeks of being there they suffered two overtime losses to Sara and Dark Horse in the Harry East and the USPA President’s Cup. The team of Film Fiance Gehachie consisted of the Wulf brothers Sant and Fredrico alongside of Mike Shelar and a hard riding Woman Leigh Brehceen who was the lone Woman on her team while Sara had another Woman on her team Named Dayelle Bradley and max Menni and First tournament Hero Jessie Bray who closed the door on Film with a 140 + blast in OT and Daylle did the favor in the Pres. Cup just 7 days ago but today Leigh took matters in to her own hands with several big time ride offs and a huge goal to keep her team up and ahead in the final minutes as Dark Horse put on there usual big time rally in the final chukkar. It ends the big tournaments for the year of 2012 but with a good note as new Manager Bob Puetz seems to be righting the ship with lots of promise for 2013 to be a huge one. Lots of interest in next year with some new and returning possibles as Major lee Petigrew and fellow Canadian Ron Mathison were some of the past faces in town looking around and there is a chance the Famous Orchard Hill team may also be headed this way next Summer, we shall see but it is with a lot of smiles as she is quite the entertainer that we want to thank Sara Rotman for bringing her High end organization to town and the sooner she is back the sooner the fans will smile. There is one more weekend of Polo in SB and it is called the LAST CHANCE Tournament all are invited and it should be a lot of unusual Polo from 0 to 4 goal teams so join the fun and come on up.

A big thanks to Nacho Figueras as the face of POLO just continues to WOW crowds with a big show where they have a lot of Shows in Hollywood everything I have heard has been positive as it was completely sold out and quite an elegant show they say . WELL DONE NACHO. Nacho is bringing his Big Time Shows to Empire this spring and word is the goal is 10,000 people to a Polo game now that is Big Time.
