The second beach polo event in Jersey on Friday September 20th was hailed as a huge success.
Four teams took to the sand in St. Brelades Bay to compete in the second annual beach polo event with the Veritas Investment team of Caroline Mair, Federico Boudou, Orlando Camus taking top honors.
Team Veritas took on Hedonism Wines (Yevgeny Chichvarkin, Royston Prisk, Jamie Morrison) in the first match, then Udo’s Choice (Amy Guy, Richard and Andrew Blake Tomas) and Harum Scarum (Jamie Le Hardy, Jonathan Hare, Josh Clover)

went to a penalty shootout.
The final between Veritas Investment Management and Harum Scarum was won by Veritas Investment Management, 7-6, just before the tide came in!
As an added bonus to a fun-filled weekend, over £1200 was raised for Holiday for Heroes, the nominated charity for the event.
