Calgary, Alberta (July 22, 2007) – By virtue of their perfect records of 3 – 0, Millarville and Broward Yachts advanced to the final of the Christopher Roenisch Memorial 12 Goal Tournament at Calgary.
Broward doubled up on Cymric Glen in Sunday’s first game, 14 – 7, and in the second, Millarville bested Palmer Ranch 10 – 4.
In both games, little had changed from previous outings for both winners. Fred H. Mannix controlled most everything for his foursome and Tommy Biddle was the strongman in Broward’s victory.
The final will be played Wednesday evening.
Thursday will see the start of the 16 – 20 Goal North American Cup.
