The weather has been beautiful this past week in the Coachella Valley. The summer monsoon storms brought some much needed rain to the valley and cooled things off. The real estate market however has not cooled down much or for long. We saw a brief lull in July and now things are heating up again. The mid and higher end properties can go either way depending on the property. It is however no longer a purely buyers market and low ball offers don’t get buyers anywhere anymore.
