Sunday 10 am was supposed to be to nice games nothing to high on the expectation list with a powerful Grants Farm facing Mansour and Audi taking Valiente who have been having problems getting a W this season and at 1/2 time it looked like all was expected but they must have had a hell of a Gatorade break as both Mansour and Valiente came roaring back Mansour was close and ahead a couple of times and I am sure Grants Farm did not double horses or risk much as they knew they were in but it was Ben Solemoni being a hero again in the 6th stopping Sugar from scoring twice in the 6th with almost suicidal plays to stop him but it worked and then taking the ball around to help keep the ball on their end another time and it all  ended 12 seconds into the OT with a open goal foul blowed on GF in throw in. Now with the other game I was not watching the last 1/2 but reports are Valiente turned up the heat and just like that BOB bombed Audi as at one time Valient was up by 5 or 6 in the 6th final score was 4 or 5 up. So as weird as it may seem Valiente would have made the semis if GF had won because of net goals . Now with a 2 way tie Mansour goes in 1st and will play winner of ERG-Zacara and Grants Farm will have a rematch with Patagones in the semis. Its only 12 noon so head to SB and see the 3 o’clock.

Over in Sotogrande,Spain thir also was a huge surprise as Gonzlo Pieres continues to be the master of the universe in polo he led a team from being down by 6 as score was 7  to 1 at 1/2 time to a Victory in the Finals of the Gold Cup in Spain over LosMojitas. Since last year here in Santa Barbara he has won The PCO,The ARG. Open the US Open the British Open and now the big one in Spain and some others along the way but these are all the big ones. Quite a year. Congratulations GP
