Santa Barbara Polo finished the Nixon Memorial on Sunday with Andy Busch’s Grants Farm pretty much smoking all comers during the 2 week start up tournament of 2011 another Centennial st SBPC now it really is a 100 years old I guess. It was AB’s first day back on the pitch for a while but he was smokin along with Art Cameron Jr and Santi Wolf and J Klintner they held off a hard charging Dan Horn and the Walkers and might of have had a little help from outside in the 4th but they are the 2011 Champs and start today with Cotterel Farms in the Pope which I think has 5 teams if the Gracidas come to the field and rumor is they are in town . Today Wed. the 18th day of May it starts all over as at 2 PM the Colorado Cowgirl Jenny Lutrel and Cotterel farms take at 2 pm and Geof Palmers Antelope see the Red shirts of Palm Desert/Long Beach at 4 in the first round this tournament runs through the 29th of May so action galore ahead with games Wed. Fri Sunday of this week. We will get schedule out soon maybe before it is over .
The SB high goal is looking great as in the first 100 years there have never been 3 10 goalers here at one time this year there will be at least 3 and 2 who were just lowered from 10 so looks to be the best in a 100 years as ADOLFO CAMBIASO RETURNS WITH GONZALO PIERES JR AND SAPO CASSET ALONG WITH THE FAMOUS MERLOS’S SEBASTAIN AND AUGUSTINE so get ready to rumble because it will be Rockin.
