Audi is out and Windsor Capital is in. It will be history soon,
but it will be Windsor Capital in the semis. The bad news is they face Jimmy Choo in the 2 PM semis on Thursday. Its too bad the decision came to this as Audi thought they were in and now they feel like Windsor Capital did on Sunday. We thought we had it figured out and then the TC at Santa Barbara Polo Club said we were wrong and some accepted it, but not all. I feel these bad feelings are due to a rash decision made Sunday evening when tempers and pressure were on, but that’s the way they wanted it. I feel bad for Audi to a point, however, we were told by the rules Chairman on Tuesday that he did tell Audi’s Patron and Manager at Santa Barbara they were wrong on Sunday night. So if this is correct, a bluff failed and it was their fault to try to run it. So it just is a bad choice

The games are on and its Windsor Capital who was thrashed beyond identity last time they met Jimmy Choo. Polo is a very fickle sport and yesterday is gone, so beware of the Jo (Juan Jose Gonzalez) as he maybe playing. Also remember its a new day with horse changes, players may wake up on the right side, you just never know. Windsor Capital has a young team with Jeff Hall, who is the big gun, and the Iceman, who has been frozen a lot warming up. They also have Sugar who has been to sweet and the Governor (Pat Nesbitt) if he can walk (has a leg injury). They face a younger team all around and worst or best depending on your choice. Jimmy Choo has Nick Roldan “the Stick” who is the fastest and probably the best player here in my opinion and he is 23. Ruki Bailieau, who is bordering on mid 20’s and mounted to fly, with Jeff Hall. The oldest is Brandon Philips, the Canadian hunter, who must be 28 and maybe the hunter on this team as well. They have a double tough 0 rated Englishman (Lyndon Lea) who likes to fly and proved he has no doubt he can get a man, like he did 2 weeks ago when he stopped a 10-goaler on the line to save a game. So be there. It may be a surprise or an old fashion a_ _ kickin’.

In game 2 we have a rematch of the 2005 finals as Andy Busch and Jeff Blake are back with a new couple, Mariano Gonzalez (8-goals) and double tough and a new Patron named Justin Klentner. They have been here vs. Duende just 2 weeks ago and came out in 1st place that time, but Duende with 3 of the 4 from last years championship with Big Mike Hakan, Paco de Narvaez and Agustin Merlos look for a young Carlos Galindo to replace Henry Walker. It will be a war of no return as to add to the mix its a little family affair as well. Paco is married to Mariano’s sister and do not expect friendly greetings at 25 mph bro. So come on up. They will be ready to Rumble. On your way here drive on the right and pass on the left. Save America’s gas and its only being a nice person to stay out of the left lane unless passing. See ya.
