On Friday, May 10th the newly formed Temecula Valley Polo Club celebrates its opening with an Open House reception, a ribbon cutting ceremony, sky divers from Skydive Elsinore, and a polo match between the Temecula Valley polo team and the Humanity of Justice team.
The gates open at 4:30 pm. At 5:00 pm the Chamber of Commerce will host the official ribbon cutting and two Elsinore Skydivers will jump onto the field, to commence the 3 goal exhibition match.
It has been decades since a new polo field opened in Southern California AND this one is only than 90 miles south of Los Angeles and 60 miles north of San Diego. To celebrate this landmark event – Temecula Valley Polo Club Founder and President, Geraldine Strunsky invites the (name of media outlet) to come to the acclaimed equestrian setting of Galaway Downs to introduce (reader/viewers) to polo – one of the world’s oldest team sport.
Temecula’s Cellarz93 will provide the club bar and the signature TVPC cocktail and the Temecula Valley polo bistro will be showcasing their new menu. A portion of the food and beverage will benefit the Humanity of Justice Foundation.
