The Pacific Circuit Delegates Meeting will be held at the Santa Barbara Tennis Club, just behind the Santa Barbara Polo Club, on Sunday, September 4, 2011 at 9:00 AM. That afternoon is the finals of the Pacific Coast Open so spend the day and see the best polo in the West. Recall that our meeting will be at the same place as last year. As you drive into the polo club stay on that road to the top of the hill and the parking lot for the tennis club is on your right. If you get to Jackson Hole Polo Emporium you’ve gone too far.
Invite whoever you would like to invite, the meeting isn’t limited to delegates.
This is going to be a very interesting meeting because the USPA created a Polo 2020 committee to envision what polo will be like in 2020. Then it set goals to reach that vision. This includes an expanded budget for umpire reimbursement, increased PDI grants, increased RPC grants, more webinars like the one yesterday on the walk rule and the turning rule and much more. Come and find out how your club and get in on the new and expanded reimbursement programs. Discuss the possible new handicap system.
