On a rather damp, misty day at Hurtwood Park Polo Club today, Billingbear lost 4-8 to Polo Networks in the last game in League A of the 18-goal Polo Masters.
Polo Networks now move through to the final on Sunday as a result. Their opposition will be decided in the last League B match tomorrow – currently any one of Emlor, Enigma or Madams Farm could go through to the final.

May 11th Results …
Enigma v Emlor
Todays game between Enigma and Emlor looked evenly matched with a 2-2 score at the end of the first chukka. But Enigma took the showed their form of last year and despite missing several close calls with field goals the two teams came to the end of the fifth chukka with a 7-7 draw leading to extra time. Malcolm Borwick slotted in the winning goal within a few moments of the start of the last chukka.

Black Bears v Polo Networks
A very fast and open game with lots of classic polo plays including perfect backhanding. Black bears gave away 5 goals to Polo Networks in the first chukka and scored only one . But they clawed their way back right up to the end. The most outstanding player of the game was Jamie Le Hardy who scored most of the Polo networks goals. Both teams showed great team work and classic play
