True to form, San Diego started their Fall season with a bang. Ms. Figi and her team Gypsy took highly-favored Rancho Valencia into overtime in a nail bitter. Gypsy missed 5 shots at goal in overtime, so it was a great opener for the RANCHO VALENCIA CUP. In the second game the Palomino (Jason Crowder) followed the Fast-Etta (Mariano Fassetta) to goal often as they blew by TriTech in the first round. It’s a long way from done and Jofie (Joseph Stuart) was having a bad day at goal, which is very rare. It was, however, a relief to Pretty Lady Lisa Bosstick who had a huge game on her 30th birthday. HAPPY B-DAY LADY!
Then San Diego polo showed why its a fun Polo Club. They had a wide-open wild western party and a live band. It was a darn right great time. So come on down, the PARTY HAS JUST BEGUN. There are 4 games today and 6 on Sunday and there will be a PARTY every night Everybody is welcome. See ya. The Polo Report by Steve Crowder.
