Sunny was always one of my two faces of Polo never sure if she was prettier than Nacho but she was the Woman
who not only made Women’s Polo but carried the U.S Flag more places than anyone in the sport ever has. She should have been in the Hall of Fame 5 years ago as ahe made more members in the sport than all the programs just by being there everyday helping, building, teaching and making the Ladies the biggest part of new players across the nation and most of the World. Her Mother Sue Sally was the Davy Crockett of polo making it possible and Sunny she was like Trump she just conquered it all . She won most of the tournaments in California and then headed East and did the same in Florida winning the US Open with Mr Gannon as in Tim in 2000 16 years ago since then she has covered the World and started so many Ladies in the game it is surreal. Sunny not only taught Women she was a teacher and better than 97 % of the men playing Polo in the world she was 5 goals At her best in all polo and maybe 10 in the Ladies Polo at one time . She competed and played with AC and he kept her on the team and she probably had more to do with the breakout of Ladies Polo in Arg. than we will ever know. Sunny just did it she never carried on about who she was she did not have to, if you did not know her you soon did. She had little time for BS and you knew it quick , she was always on a mission she created more things in a short life than 99.9 people in polo ever did for the sport she created Ladies Polo the American Polo horse ass. the Ladies Handicap and wrote books along the way
as well as created a Ladies Only Polo tournament in nearly ever country that plays the game.
